Could you be the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist in Madrid we’re looking for?
Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your recruitment expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll be in charge of the recruitment of a wide variety of engineering and management roles. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business and HR.
We’ll look to you for:
- Look after the end to end recruitment process :
- Partnership with Business Hiring Managers and HR in order to identify necesities and review the scope of the roles.
- Job posting and job specification revision for external and internal advertisements on LinkedIn and on ALSTOM job web.
- Sourcing and headhunting actively on the main job platforms.
- Assess potential candidates during screening calls and job interviews.
- Elaborate candidate reports for Hiring Managers and HR.
- Handle all TA platforms to ensure the completion of the recruitment process at all stages.
