Job purpose

As a Senior Project Manager – Data, AI & Digital Transformation Lead, you will spearhead initiatives that drive data modernization, AI adoption, and enterprise-wide digital transformation. Acting as a trusted partner to the business, you will be accountable for delivering measurable business value and identifying opportunities to leverage AI‑driven insights and digital technologies to accelerate innovation and efficiency.

You will combine expertise in business analysis and technical project oversight to lead interdependent programs—spanning data lakes, business intelligence, AI platforms, and digital transformation roadmaps—to successful go‑live, ensuring quality standards and tangible business benefits. You will champion the integration of AI and automation into core processes, foster a culture of digital‑first thinking,



and enable the organization to adapt to emerging technologies.

- Monitor milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and quality delivery;
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to secure alignment and informed decision‑making;
- Control scope, schedule, and budget while delivering AI‑enabled and digitally transformative solutions;
- Perform risk assessments, including those related to AI adoption, cybersecurity, and digital change management, and develop mitigation plans;
