About the role
We’re on the lookout for a mid-level Account Manager with strong agency background and good experience working across clients and sectors. You’ll play a key role in leading digital and social media campaigns for some exciting global brands. If you’re proactive, organized,
skilled at building trusted client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality work with precision and attention to detail, we'd love to meet you.
Main responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure the agency delivers solutions
that meet or exceed expectations.
Campaign Management/Project Coordination
• Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing projects, with a big focus
on social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative and strategy to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
