Through the use of tools, management of a team, and coordination with various partners. This AM role requires the skills to decide independently which actions to take for short term decisions and limited supervision for medium long term. These decisions impact the EU AMZL capacity management, Speed and productivity, influencing 24HR, 48HR and Same Day (SD) Out For Delivery (OFD) WAPE.Area Managers in AMZL Trans Vol will lead a team of up to 20 associates on shift, and +6 direct reports, serving as problem solver and primary escalation point for the team and other stakeholders. They will also provide periodic updates to Program Managers about status of the operation or any major escalations, maintaining a full understanding of workflow and daily metrics goals, allocate labor and train new associates, drive continuous improvement,
