In this role, you apply biocatalysis and organic chemistry to create innovative scent molecules within IFF’s Scent Ru0026amp;D. You will bridge chemistry, biotechnology, and creativity to advance fragrance ingredients and technologies. You will work in a collaborative team in Benicarló, Spain, driving research from early validation through scale-up and contributing to sustainability and innovation. You will lead projects, mentor others, and report results to inform strategy and IP.Compensaciones / Ventajas• Design and implement novel biocatalytic methodologies for scent molecule development• Develop experimental procedures, analyze data,
