We're looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer who combines exceptional visual design skills with the ability to create engaging motion content. This is a design-first role where graphic design is the primary focus, complemented by animation and video editing to bring campaigns to life across a variety of digital channels.
What You Will Do
- Design high-quality creative assets across multiple brands and marketing channels.
- Create engaging visuals for CRM, social media, paid advertising, websites and marketing campaigns.
- Produce motion graphics, lightweight animations and short-form video content for digital platforms.
- Edit and optimise marketing videos for a range of formats and channels.
- Work closely with Brand, Marketing, CRM, Product and Social teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Help develop, evolve and maintain multiple brand identities while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, balancing quality, speed and attention to detail.
- Contribute creative ideas and collaborate throughout the concept,



design and delivery process.
- Stay up to date with design trends, creative technologies and best practices.

What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Motion Design or a similar creative role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and motion design work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Experience editing video using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar software.
- Confidence creating motion graphics and lightweight animations for digital marketing.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
