We are looking for an
experienced Demand Planner
to join our Iberia Demand Planning & Forecasting team, based in Madrid, Spain.

This is a pivotal role within a team managing 800+ SKUs across iconic brands (Oreo, Milka, Fontaneda, LU Prince, TUC, and more) in a fast-paced FMCG food environment where shelf life is a real operational constraint.You will join us at an exciting time: we are preparing for a

This is a hands-on planning role where your experience and expertise will make a real difference to the team and the business.
How you will contribute
You will develop and own the 0–24 month IBP demand forecast by brand and at SKU level for your assigned categories.

You will coordinate, challenge and influence building blocks with input from sales, marketing and cross-functional partners.

You will also:
* Own the short-term and long-term demand plan
: Manage the weekly disaggregated plan (SKU/location mix and weekly pacing) and the rolling 3–24 month forecast
* Drive the IBP cycle
: Contribute to the demand management cycle of the Integrated Business Planning process, including strategy and structure discussions
* Influence cross-functionally
: Liaise with commercial, sup
