Position Summary
VP of Infrastructure Operations oversees strategy, design, and management of our predominantly cloud‑based infrastructure (AWS & GCP). The role is critical to the delivery of production services, enabling business growth and ensuring security and compliance.

Responsibilities

- Lead design, implementation, and optimisation of AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure.
- Define and execute a cloud strategy that supports scalability, cost efficiency, and business continuity, aligned to corporate objectives.
- Mentor and lead teams of DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure Engineers,



driving professional growth and high performance.
- Oversee operational excellence: compliance, monitoring, alerting, incident response, automation, 24/7 stability, capacity planning, change management, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with Security to ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, Cyber Essentials, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
- Partner with Development, Product, Security and Business teams to understand and deliver business requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships with cloud providers and other third‑party vendors, scanning for new products to enhance return on investment.
- Contribute to budget development, management and reporting of infrastructure operations.
