The Partner Performance Manager - Parts Repair is responsible for establishing and operating the Partner performance management and subcontract governance framework for external repair partners, repair Partners, subcontractors and outsourced MRO service providers.This role ensures that external repair Partners and subcontracted repair activities perform in line with agreed quality, delivery, cost, cycle-time, regulatory, contractual and operational commitments. The role protects shop-visit execution, repair-flow reliability, external repair control and Partner accountability across the parts repair ecosystem.The position converts subcontract and repair Partner strategy into structured governance, performance reviews, corrective actions, compliance control, cycle-time visibility and escalation mechanisms.1.
