- Onboard and train newly signed restaurant partners to TheFork Manager, ensuring a smooth start and high product adoption.
- Partner with the Inside Sales team during the pre-sales process providing product expertise and tailored solutions to prospective restaurant partners.
- After onboarding, take ownership of the account and be their main point of contact for any support & guidance to optimize TheFork Manager usage & experience.
- Guide partner restaurants through the platform’s core features: booking widget, availability setup, table and service management, and more.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping restaurants streamline their operations and digitize their booking processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for retraining and offer refresh sessions as needed.
- Collect and share feedback from partners to help improve our onboarding flow and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, and Product team to ensure alignment and deliver consistent value across the customer journey.
- Stay up to date with product developments and ensure your stakeholders are informed.
