As a Senior Virtual Workplace Platform Engineer at Bosch in Zaragoza, you ensure reliable virtual apps and desktops for thousands of employees across integral sites. You will optimize architecture, drive cloud integration, and automate repetitive tasks to boost efficiency. You’ll own Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Azure Virtual Desktop environments, shaping a scalable, secure remote-work infrastructure. You work closely with cross‑functional teams to support international operations and continuous modernization. • Maintain and evolve Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure, including Citrix Cloud components and Azure Virtual Desktop environments
• Own environment management: machine catalogs, delivery groups, global policies, profile management, Workspace App deployments
• Provide L3 technical support, troubleshoot complex issues with minimal guidance, identify root causes
• Drive automation through advanced PowerShell scripting to eliminate repetitive manual tasks
• Maintain technical documentation, contribute to knowledge base, and participate in change, problem, and release management
Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (2402+) and Citrix Cloud administration
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop is a big plus
• Strong understanding of Windows Client (10/11) and Windows Server (2019/2022+), Active Directory, GPOs, and authentication
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as Nutanix or VMware
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
• Fluent English for collaboration with international teams
• Bachelor in Computer Science or IT (or comparable technical discipline)
• Real-world project experience
