We are looking for an experienced People Operations Expert to join our People Operations team to manage, owning the end-to-end employee experience for HR queries, transactions, and processes. This role blends a strong service ethos with hands‑on knowledge of Spanish payroll and employment legislation, ensuring full compliance with labour law and statutory requirements. Whilst being the local expert in Spain, the role will collaborate closely with an international HR team.
We operate a hybrid working policy, with at least 3 days per week in the Madrid office.
