Location: Madrid, hybrid work environment. We are currently hiring a Sr. Treasury Technician to join our team in Madrid.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily treasury operations, including bank reconciliation and account balance control.
- Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts, ensuring the availability of funds necessary for the company's operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, negotiating favorable terms and managing lines of credit.
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients to secure favorable terms and resolve disputes.
- Oversee the company’s investments, ensuring compliance with investment policies and objectives.
- Implement and maintain treasury policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and internal control.
- Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
- Prepare financial and treasury reports for senior management,



providing analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and finance, to ensure a seamless integration of treasury operations.
- Utilize ERP treasury tools and financial management software.
- Proficient in Excel and ideally familiar with PowerBI for financial data presentation and analysis.

Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Treasury Technician or similar role.
- Deep understanding of treasury management principles and practices.
- Experience in cash flow management, investments, and banking relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Familiarity with ERP treasury systems and financial software.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and a good understanding of PowerBI is desi
