As a Senior Software & AI Engineer at Astrafy, you will be a technical leader in designing and building the next generation of AI-powered applications for our customers. This role is perfect for a seasoned software engineer or architect with a deep expertise in building robust, scalable systems, who is looking to apply their skills to the rapidly evolving field of Generative AI.
You will bridge the gap between traditional software architecture and applied AI, architecting solutions that leverage cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services through APIs. Your mission is to build production-grade, reliable, and scalable software that has AI at its core.
Your responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design of complex, AI-driven software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Develop and integrate AI capabilities into applications by interfacing with third-party AI services and APIs (e.g., Google Cloud Vertex AI).
- Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from translating client needs into technical specifications to implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Champion software engineering best practices, driving code quality, implementing robust testing strategies, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and cloud technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and drive technical strategy.
