Role OverviewAs a School Trip Monitor, you will support teachers in overseeing students during educational and recreational trips, ensuring safety, engagement, and enjoyment while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany and supervise groups of students on trips and activities.
- Assist teachers in maintaining discipline and safety protocols.
- Engage students in activities, ensuring their active participation and well‑being.
- Respond to emergencies or incidents following established procedures.
- Act as a liaison between students, teachers, and service providers during trips.
