In this role you will lead HSE performance across BU Grid Automation, guiding operations in projects, service, and manufacturing. You act as a Second Line of Defence, aligning global HSE frameworks with on-site execution and driving continuous improvement. You’ll coach teams, analyze data, and implement risk controls to sustain a strong safety culture. You will represent HSE programs in governance activities and contribute to high-risk activity initiatives.
