The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team based in Barcelona. This is a client‑facing role responsible for managing yacht refit, repair, maintenance, and upgrade projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery.





The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Managing yacht refit, repair, maintenance, and upgrade projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Acting as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
- Defining project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets in collaboration with technical and operational teams.
- Coordinating production, technical, logistics, and procurement activities to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring punctual delivery of all assigned projects.
- Managing project schedules, milestones, costs, risks, and resource allocation.
