We are looking for a Capability Lead for Corporate Process Governance (CPG) to shape the future of how Allianz Technology designs, governs, and continuously improves its global processes. What You Do

- Define, implement, and enhance the Corporate Process Governance & Management Framework,



aligning with the Allianz Target Operating Model (AZ TOM) and governing the Global Process Blueprint for harmonization across business and technology functions.
- Lead and inspire the Corporate Process Governance team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures, while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Set standards, methodologies, and policies for process design, modeling, and implementation, driving Continuous Process Improvement initiatives across Allianz Technology.
- Ensure compliance and control mechanisms are embedded in process execution, monitoring, and optimization, leading the design and rollout of the new Standard for Process Implementation.
- Guide and assess branches in adopting and implementing general process standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as DORA.
