Your mission
As part of the Model of Excellence (MoE) team, the Model of Excellence Deployment Lead will lead site deployment, cross-functional strategic projects, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency, and key financial metrics. You will also serve as a technical expert, coordinating accredited MoE training while coaching and mentoring stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

This position can be based in Zaragoza, Spain or Stargard, Poland. The position is fully on site.
Key Responsibilities

- Actively manage the site’s MoE deployment and improvement priorities in alignment with MoE standards,



in collaboration with Site Leadership.
- Ensure alignment with MoE maturity and calibration criteria, and facilitate deployment activities to achieve Bronze, Silver, and Gold Certification, ensuring deployment plans remain on track.
- Apply MoE learning resources and standards supported by the Business Excellence Group to implement methods, deliver training, and leverage best practices.
- Provide coaching to guide teams through their maturity progression.
- Escalate significant deployment gaps or issues where necessary.
- Facilitate MoE-related communication and change management activities, enabling site leadership to embed and sustain the MoE culture while recognizing and celebrating successes.
- Serve as a role model for MoE behaviours.
