We’re looking for a Sales Director to lead our Swedish sales team based in Barcelona. In this role,



you’ll not only lead but actively drive sales — selling our services to solution providers in the Swedish market while setting the standard for your team. What You’ll Do

Drive Swedish market sales growth through your own sales efforts and leadership (division roughly 50/50), leading from the front and closely collaborating with Sales Directors from other markets.
Open new customers, and further on build strong retention. You drive high performance culture by being an example and active on‑the‑job coach to the team.
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales managers to exceed ambitious targets, track and drive KPI’s.
