In this role, you will expand Flix’s partner network in Spain by identifying and securing bus operators and building long-term, trust-based relationships. You will act as the primary contact for Spanish partners, lead regular reviews, and negotiate contracts to achieve win-win outcomes. You will analyse KPIs, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic actions, working closely with cross-functional teams. This position supports Flix’s growth in the Iberia market and plays a key part in shaping a scalable partner ecosystem.
