Experteer Overview
As Product Director for Professional Services, you shape the vertical product vision and roadmap to make Unit4 the ERP of choice for mid-market PSOs. You’ll own the industry strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end platform value. You translate market shifts, especially AI-driven changes in PSO models, into differentiated capabilities. This role offers impact through industry-specific blueprints, partnerships, and strategic customer engagement.

• Define and maintain the professional services industry roadmap aligned with customer needs and market trends
• Translate PSO workflows into actionable product requirements across ERP modules
• Champion AI and automation to create industry differentiators and efficiency gains
• Identify opportunities to embed predictive analytics and intelligent workflows for PSOs
• Act as the industry voice in planning with horizontal product teams
• Collaborate on launch readiness, pricing, packaging, and field enablement with the Industry Growth Director
• Engage with strategic customers and industry board to validate roadmap and co-innovate




• Monitor competitive landscape and adjust positioning accordingly
• Partner with external groups to extend PSO value proposition
• Lead discovery, validation, and launch activities across UX, engineering, and operations

Responsabilidades
• Proven product management experience for enterprise SaaS platforms
• Deep understanding of professional services business models, including utilization, billing, and project-based delivery
• Ability to influence cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
• Experience translating complex industry needs into scalable product solutions
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with ERP or PSA platforms (desirable)
• Familiarity with mid-market services firms and their operational challenges (desirable)
• Familiarity with AI-driven or data-rich product environments (desirable)
