In this role you will lead MEP pre-construction, construction, commissioning and close-out for a data hall fit-out for a global tech client in Madrid. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, budget control and high-quality outcomes. The role combines technical MEP leadership with site coordination in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. You will shape the execution of critical infrastructure within data centre projects and drive safety, compliance and commissioning readiness.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Lead MEP pre-construction activities including design constructability, procurement and planning• Oversee construction to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards• Supervise MEP system installations and ensure alignment with design intent• Coordinate pre-construction design support focusing on MEP systems and cross-discipline collaboration• Ensure compliance with codes,



regulations and safety protocols• Provide technical guidance on MEP installations and region-specific documents• Lead contractor and vendor procurement• Maintain weekly/monthly progress reporting and support monthly valuations• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, switching, shutdowns and temporary power arrangements• Support last planner activities and maintain safety on live environmentsResponsabilidades• Degree in Construction Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related field• Strong knowledge of MEP construction and building systems• Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction• 5-10 years project management experience in a Data Centre or similar xqbhyrx technical environment• Understanding of full project life cycle from inception to post-project review• Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques• Fluency in Spanish and English• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast-paced environment• Motivation and client-focused mindset• On-site availabilityRequisitos principales• flexible working environment• focus on work-life balance• equal opportunity employer• inclusive environment• global project exposure• career development opportunities
