Experteer Overview
As IT Business Engineer you empower cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into actionable software solutions. You partner with product owners to refine requirements, analyze processes, and plan deployments in agile, international settings. You’ll ensure product quality through testing and support, contributing to efficient invoicing solutions across the REWE Group. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced, tech‑driven retail environment.

• Support the cross‑functional team in detailing requirements into user stories and actionable work items
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, design solution scenarios, and aid implementation from concept to delivery
• Analyze processes and data to identify optimization opportunities and translate requirements into user stories
• Prepare, plan, coordinate, and support product deployments to ensure smooth releases




• Perform functional and integration testing and participate in incident analysis and 2nd‑level support

Responsabilidades
• Strong analytical and collaborative mindset in an agile context
• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification with technical affinity
• Proven experience in a similar role with proactive problem solving
• Strong business analysis and requirements engineering skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Data and database expertise (SQL, relational databases such as PostgreSQL or DB2)
• Testing knowledge; experience with toolsets is advantageous
