- Carry out the guided tours

- Oversee mailbox and answer inquiries for guided tours

- Administrating and managing all incoming requests (mail/telephone)

- Collaboration in the development of the materials and speeches for the guided tours

- Acquiring knowledge and history related to the stock market and its surroundings (Stock Exchange Palace)

- Support the event managers in all aspects of event management (planning, preparing, execution, event material, invitation and registration management, etc.)

- Provide ad hoc support to the events team in their daily work

- On-site support at events

Qualifications

-





- Studies in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, Business Administration or Event Organization

- Ability to work in a dynamic and integral environment with excellent organizational and communication skills

- Strong xcskxlj organizational skills and personal flexibility

- Willingness to collaborate and work autonomously paired with good time management skills

- Very good level of spoken and written English and Spanish (B2 minimum)

- Experience in hosting virtual events is an advantage
