Role MissionLead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns that drive both brand and business outcomes across the full marketing funnel. The role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic thinking, using data and audience insights to optimise investment,



generate actionable recommendations, and support client growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise paid social strategies across the full marketing funnel, from awareness to consideration, traffic, and conversion.
- Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and other relevant channels.
- Translate business objectives into effective paid media strategies, ensuring investment is allocated efficiently to maximise results.
- Analyse campaign performance and transform data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
- Monitor KPIs, identify optimisation opportunities, and proactively improve campaign performance through testing and experimentation.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Client Services, Creative and Analytics teams to deliver integrated media solutions.
- Support new business opportunities
