Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, endpoint security, compliance, and device lifecycle management.
- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
- Design and govern Knowledge Management frameworks, including repositories, taxonomies, metadata, content lifecycle, retention, and publishing models.
- Integrate knowledge repositories with operational processes such as ITSM, runbooks, SOPs, training materials, and service transition activities.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and information protection requirements in regulated enterprise environments.
