We are looking for a creative and social-first Junior Content Creator who lives and breathes social media, masters TikTok and Instagram, and wants to create content that makes MiiN shine in the Italian market.

Please Note

- Location: Barcelona (hybrid)
- Native Italian + English or Spanish (essential)

What will be your daily tasks?
- Create and analyze the social media strategy for the Italian market.
- Create, plan, and publish content for TikTok and Instagram.
- Record voice-overs and assist with video editing.
- Edit videos daily using CapCut.
- Ensure that content is dynamic, engaging, and aligned with the brand identity.
- Manage the community on TikTok and Instagram.
- Execute and schedule the content calendar on both platforms.
- Participate in the recording and editing of organic content and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate daily with the design team.
- Identify trends on social media and in the beauty sector.
- Organize and moderate live streams,



answering questions and interacting with the audience in real time.
- Manage UGC (briefing, PR, and operational coordination).

Minimum RequirementsWhat are we looking for?
- Native Italian speaker with a strong cultural understanding of the Italian market.
- Knowledge of English or Spanish (essential).
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, advertising, PR, or similar fields
- Excellent writing skills with strong creative sensitivity, able to adapt tone, style, and messaging to different channels.
- Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, and a solid knowledge of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Constant curiosity to research and identify emerging trends, formats, and codes that drive performance.
- Available to start immediately.
