Join as Hotel Manager and take ownership of the day-to-day operation of TUI BLUE Curaçao. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will ensure that the hotel operates smoothly, efficiently and consistently every day. This is a highly visible, hands-on operational leadership role. You will spend significant time throughout the resort, supporting Heads of Department, identifying operational gaps and ensuring that agreed standards, procedures and actions are consistently followed. You will translate the General Manager’s strategy, budgets and business objectives into effective daily hotel operations, while delivering strong guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, productivity and cost control.This role is based at TUI BLUE Curaçao, Santa Martha, Curaçao - a franchised hotel partner of TUI Group.
