What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer (Java / Spring Boot) to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend systems in a modern micro‑services environment.
The idóneo candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot and event‑driven architectures using Kafka, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, resilient, and scalable solutions.
Location: Hybrid – Madrid
Working model:
3 days at client´s office, Sol area, next to the underground.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ / C1 required)
Responsibilities

- Work together in a cross‑functional team using agile methodologies as part of a DevOps‑centric model.
- Design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor applications, participating in pull request reviews.
- Understand business needs by collaborating with stakeholders across different divisions.
- Participate in planning and feature refinement sessions with your team.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to design solutions aligned with overall architecture standards.
- Actively contribute to engineering communities, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Deliver high‑quality code aligned with company guidelines and standards.
