We are seeking a Sales Specialist Oncology Territory Management Spain to join our Commercial Oncology team, supporting our Spain oncology business in a field-based role. In this role, you will deliver sales objectives, strengthen healthcare professional engagement, and execute territory plans that improve customer value while collaborating with sales colleagues and key cross‑functional stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science‑driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide. This is a temporary role as a leave of absence, maximum 12 months. Develop and maintain territory business plans aligned with market insights and brand strategy. Use key data sources to shape territory actions and customer engagement priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business objectives across the territory. Peer‑coach sales specialists and share best practices to support team performance. You bring a strategic mindset and manage time effectively to maximize customer value. This Role Requires Bachelor’s degree or similar educational background and a minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience. Previous oncology, pharmacy market, therapeutic area, and medical indication experience. Established network of relevant healthcare professionals. Strong scientific communication and disease‑focused selling capabilities. Ability to work compliantly within regulatory and legal guidelines.
