The Demand Planning Data Modeling & Analytics Analyst role combines process knowledge with systems & analytics expertise to deliver high-quality business insights, improve forecasting performance and drive better decision-making across our global business.



This role will be a key enabler to increase the Statistical Forecasting adoption across all SGS Business Units, as well as supporting the Statistical Forecasting & Demand Data Modeling roadmap execution.

Role Responsibilities

- Data Modeling Roadmap Execution

- Execution of assigned initiatives within the Statistical Forecasting and Data Modeling roadmap.
- Statistical Forecasting Continuous Improvement

- Lead the statistical forecast model enhancement activities: pre-processing and forecasting algorithms optimization, stat model assignments, SKU-level stat forecast output, time series analysis optimization, and related.
- Execute recurrent Stat performance reviews: proactively evaluate all stat-related metrics (accuracy, bias, FVA, stability) to flag potential performance drops in advance of the business.
- Own maintenance of stat-related elements in IBP.
