As our new Payroll Specialist, you will be working on an international scope for payroll and benefits. You will be responsible for payroll and corresponding benefits for Italy, Portugal and Spain, coordinating with different departments and teams at international level. In this role,



you will combine hands‑on management of the internal payroll system with experience working with external payroll providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Record monthly payroll incidents (bonuses, overtime, one‑time payments), manage versátil remuneration and benefits in kind, and handle settlements, collective agreements, fines, tax penalties, and personal income tax.
- Employee support: Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, taxation, and deductions.
- Labor compliance: Ensure compliance with social security obligations, statutory payments, taxes, and employee‑related public administration requirements.
- Personnel administration: Manage employee records and contracts, handle registrations and terminations, oversee medical leave, sickness leave, and absences, and coordinate with relevant public authorities.
