About the role... We're seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Client Services team. You'll own the engagement from process discovery through solution design, right up to the build line. Your job is to deeply understand client automation use cases, architect the optimal Digital Worker solution, and produce specifications so clear that an AI Automation Engineer can build without ambiguity.



You define the what and why; the engineer handles the how. What you'll do... Discovery and Analysis Lead process discovery sessions with client stakeholders, uncovering automation opportunities and mapping end-to-end workflows Document AS-IS processes, identify inefficiencies, and assess automation potential Gather and structure business requirements, constraints, and dependencies Solution Design Design TO-BE processes incorporating Digital Workers, defining where and how automation delivers value Define scope, KPIs, and success criteria for each use case in collaboration with the client and delivery team Create clear, actionable technical specifications including process flows, decision logic, integration points, and data mappings Validate that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives Handoff and Design Integrity Hand off specifications to AI Automation Engineers via formal design review, with no ambig
