About the Team
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic Emerging Creator Operations Manager Intern to cover an employee's leave and help us grow the next generation of Top LIVE Creators. In this role, you will be working with beginner creators to incentivize them to grow and monetize more consistently through education, campaigns and promotions.
This role requires someone who is structured, strong communicator, master executor, and great data analyst, as you will have to constantly measure success in order to iterate your strategies.

you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

- In collaboration with our Strategy team, create and deploy the strategy to mobilise emerging creators in Spain in order to meet Emerging Revenue & Growth targets.
- Implement the strategy outlined by the country leadership and regional strategy team through actions for different creator layers (not going LIVE, have gone LIVE recently, very low income, mid income, etc). Monitor overall revenue growth, and meet monthly targets. Monitor and maintain data structure for the different layers.
