You lead international teams across Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Process Engineering, Product Industrialization, and R&D; while ensuring new blade technologies are ready for safe, efficient, and scalable serial production. The role serves as a key interface between Engineering and Operations and contributes to quality, competitiveness, and sustainable growth.

YOUR TASKS

- Define and execute the global Industrial Engineering & R&D; strategy for blade manufacturing aligned with business objectives
- Lead the development and industrialization of new blade technologies, materials, manufacturing processes, and production technologies




- Ensure new blade designs achieve Manufacturing Readiness Levels (MRL) and Design-for-Manufacturing requirements before serial production
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, yield, and manufacturing cost optimization
- Establish governance, validation, testing, qualification, and risk management processes for technology development and industrialization activities
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to align technology and business priorities
- Lead and develop global Industrial Engineering and R&D; teams while driving innovation, standardization, and operational excellence across manufacturing sites

YOUR PROFILE

- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Product Development,
