At Ayvens we have an opening for a Experienced AI adoption Lead.
What are you going to do?
As our new AI Adoption Lead, you will play a key role in accelerating AI adoption across Ayvens by driving training, enablement, and change initiatives while ensuring that all AI solutions are delivered in line with governance and compliance standards. You will act as the bridge between business and technology, managing the AI demand pipeline and leading AI initiatives from idea to value realize
Your responsibilities will include:

AI for All & Adoption:Lead and coordinate AI for All initiatives, including acculturation programs, trainings, and large-scale adoption of AI tools such as Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio.
AI Governance & Compliance:Ensure all AI initiatives comply with SG/Ayvens frameworks , coordinating required validations and supporting governance processes.




AI Demand & Portfolio Management:Own and structure the AI demand pipeline, including business case collection, tracking, and follow-up across entities.
Stakeholder Coordination: Manage the AI project portfolio, stakeholder alignment, business cases, delivery roadmap, risks, governance, and the scaling of AI solutions across markets and business domains.Act as a central point of coordination across business, IT, risk, legal, architecture, and central SG teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
Communication & Change Management:Drive communication and visibility of AI initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across countries and functions.
Delivery Oversight & Acceleration:Support and monitor AI delivery at scale, ensuring structured execution, removal of bottlenecks, and acceleration of go-live timelines.
