Based in Madrid with regular travel, you will lead a scalable team and drive a resident-centric, financially disciplined operating culture.You will shape strategic and hands-on execution, set annual plans, optimize occupancy and revenue, and partner with central teams to align pricing, leasing, and operations across the portfolio.
