necessities, and requirements, and preparing the Pre-Design package in coordination with external commercial consultants (including NDA/RFP/Agreements templates, research and proposal for new consultants, pre-concept process preparation, and comparisons).Coordinate and compile information for Design and Brand Standards, liaising with external consultants and supporting their implementation.Assess and support the creation and preparation of the Design Management Plan, coordinating with external consultants as required.Lead the creation of models for feasibility studies, defining program parameters (FOH/BOH ratios, number of F&B; outlets, number of keys, room mix, and requirements in coordination with local architects), and researching and implementing new platforms/software for feasibility studies, unified reports, status, and real-time data per project.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Archit
