What you’ll do
- Own the architecture of specific functional areas and components, ensuring that it is scalable, maintainable and aligned with the overall architectural strategy.
- Collaborate with the central Architecture team to understand the company’s architectural vision, standards and guidelines.
- Work closely with Product Leaders to understand medium- and long-term product strategies and define the corresponding architectural roadmaps.
- Align with key technical stakeholders, including DevOps, Application Security, Platform and Database teams, to ensure architectural consistency throughout the organisation.
- Define and validate non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, reliability and maintainability,



ensuring they are incorporated into the overall solution design.
- Empower development teams to participate actively in solution design while ensuring alignment with architectural principles, standards and business requirements.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to transform technical solutions into realistic delivery plans, including scope, estimates, milestones, implementation phases, dependencies and build order.
- Provide ongoing technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Identify, prioritise and lead architectural and technical initiatives that continuously improve products while maintaining compliance with standards and best practices.
- Remain hands‑on by contributing high‑quality code when required, supporting strategic projects, evaluating new technologies and developing proofs of concept.
