EHS Technician – Health & Safety and Radiological Protection

At Westinghouse Field Services, we are looking for an EHS Technician to support Health & Safety (H&S;) and Radiological Protection (RP) activities across our sites and nuclear power plants. The selected candidate will report to the Spain EHS Manager and will be based in Hospitalet de l’Infant, working in a highly technical, regulated, and safety-driven environment within the nuclear sector.
Main Responsibilities

- Support the Health & Safety Management System and activities related to Radiological Protection.
- Assist in safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and practices aimed at identifying and mitigating hazardous workplace conditions.
- Participate in compliance assurance activities, environmental management system audits, and routine inspections to monitor compliance in real time.
- Assist in the investigation of accidents and environmental incidents, working with engineers, management, and regulatory authorities to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Support the planning and execution of training activities related to health, safety, and radiological protection.
- Prepare documentation required for workers’ access to customer facilities, including:

- Health & Safety Plans
- Individual staff accreditations
- Training records
- Personal Protective Equipment documentation
- Support coordination in multi-employer worksites.
- Monitor and supervise Radiological Protection matters,
