We're looking for our first dedicated Sales Development Manager to build, coach, and scale the team that generates NeuralTrust's outbound pipeline. You'll own how we find, engage, and qualify enterprise security buyers (CISOs, security architects, heads of AI/platform) across Europe and international markets. This is a hands-on, build-from-the-ground-up role: you'll be shaping the playbook as much as managing the people who run it.
What You'll Do

Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Business/Sales Development Representatives, setting them up to succeed in a technical, category-creating sale.
Own the outbound motion end to end: ICP definition, target account selection, messaging, sequencing, and channel mix across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Set and manage pipeline targets — meetings booked, qualified opportunities created, and pipeline contribution to revenue — and hold the team accountable to them.
Coach reps daily on prospecting technique, discovery, objection handling, and how to translate a complex security product into a business conversation.




Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff and a shared definition of a qualified opportunity, and with Marketing on inbound follow-up and demand‑gen alignment.
Build the tooling and reporting layer: CRM hygiene, dashboards, and clear KPIs that show where pipeline comes from and where the motion needs tuning.
Continuously experiment — test new segments, signals (e.g. AI adoption, recent funding, security hiring), and outreach approaches — and codify what works into a repeatable playbook.
Act as a talent multiplier: design a clear career path so reps can grow into senior SDR, AE, or leadership roles as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in B2B SaaS or technology sales, with 2+ years managing an SDR/BDR team (or a strong senior/lead rep ready for their first management role).
