Your role at Yuki
As a Team Lead,



you will help drive the success of the team and ensure their optimal performance. Your main responsibility is to create a collaborative environment where team members can thrive. You will build strong relationships, encourage open communication and foster a culture of trust and mutual respect.
You will coordinate team efforts, monitor progress and proactively address roadblocks to keep projects on track. In addition, you will stay hands‑on with coding tasks, using your technical expertise to guide, support and inspire the team. You will also facilitate agile ceremonies and help the team continuously improve their ways of working.
Key Responsibilities

Growth Facilitation – assist developers in enhancing their skills, connect them with helpful contacts, monitor obstacles and facilitate their removal, frequently give and solicit feedback, and set personal goals.
