We are looking for
A driven and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our IT Team.
Your role in BizAway
- Providing first-level support to all BizAway employees, both in-person and via remote access, for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configuring, deploying, retrieving, and troubleshooting Windows and macOS laptops and mobile devices.
- Supporting and maintaining peripherals like monitors, keyboards, printers, and office A/V equipment.
- Managing user accounts using our cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Contributing to internal IT documentation, guides, and FAQs.
- Assisting with IT inventory tasks.
Your Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile operating systems
- Experience in troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network issues
- Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to expl
