PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:The role of the Research Associate is to focus on candidate generation,



relationship building and gaining market intelligence, ultimately supporting Partner’s in their delivery of placements. The Research Associate is working hand in hand with the Partner’s throughout the search process from attending or summarising the client briefing to successful delivery of a shortlist and data for pitches. Research Associates will provide expertise and assistance to Partner’s within their respective practice areas and geographical regions.
The Research Associate will be responsible for attendance at pitches and client briefings, defining company target lists, identification and approach of potential candidates, screening, activity reporting and document creation, as well as market mapping and salary benchmarking.
