We are seeking a Bellboys Supervisor to join OKU Andalusia, our new five‑star resort on the Costa del Sol, just minutes from Sotogrande, with accommodation included.

This role is fundamental in shaping the guest’s first and last impression at OKU Andalusia, leading the Bellboys team and ensuring a seamless, authentic arrival and departure experience aligned with the brand’s laid‑back luxury ethos. - Support the Front Office Manager in the daily operation and supervision of the Bellboys team, ensuring a warm, efficient and personalised guest arrival and departure experience aligned with OKU brand standards.
- Supervise and coordinate bell services including luggage handling, guest escorts, room orientations, internal deliveries and transportation assistance.
- Ensure high standards of service, presentation, professionalism and guest interaction across all bell service touchpoints.
- Actively participate in daily operations, leading by example and providing hands‑on support to the team during peak arrival and departure times.
- Oversee VIP arrivals, returning guests and special requests in close coordination with Front Office and Guest Experience teams.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints or incidents related to bell services in a professional, calm and solution‑oriented manner.
