Your Mission
The Site Developer is responsible for managing the early stages of EV fast‑charging site development, from site qualification and stakeholder engagement to contract execution and site readiness before handover to the Deployment team. This role supports project execution by coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring sites are fully contracted, technically validated, and ready for construction. Working within the Iberia Flash Charging Team,



the position collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to drive successful project delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Landlord Ecosystem Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, site hosts, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site progression and ongoing engagement.

2. Site Qualification
Assess technical and commercial viability through feasibility checks, grid validation, and early identification of permitting or planning risks.

3. Contract Sign-Off
Coordinate the contractual process, manage documentation and approvals, and ensure agreements are completed accurately and on time.

4. Site Readiness
Ensure all pre‑construction requirements are met, including permits, approvals, grid requests, and resolution of any technical or administrative blockers.
