With a strong reputation built on safety, performance and people, we continue to grow our project delivery capability across a diverse portfolio of civil works.Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Civil team and play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale projects.About the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, the Contracts Manager will oversee the commercial and contractual management of civil construction projects from tender award through to project completion.This role will suit a commercially astute professional who thrives in fast-paced project environments and can build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage head contracts and subcontract agreements across civil projectsOversee contract administration, compliance and risk managementReview, negotiate and administer variations, claims and extensions of timeSupport project teams with commercial advice and contractual guidanceMonitor project performance against budgets,
