Reporting to the Lead HARD Services, the role acts as the technical interface between Roche and external service providers, ensuring maintenance activities, engineering projects, compliance requirements, and technical documentation are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Roche standards.



The position combines technical expertise with strong project coordination and stakeholder management, focusing on execution rather than strategic ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver engineering and automation projects from start to finish, including small- and medium-sized engineering and infrastructure projects, and support larger CAPEX initiatives led by Lead HARD Services. Define project scope, track timelines, manage risks, and ensure a structured handover to operations. Prepare and maintain critical project documentation.Coordinate the daily activities of technical contractors, monitor service performance against established KPIs, and ensure accurate reporting through Roche maintenance systems.
