Job Description
As a Production Manager,



you oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure products are delivered to customers on time, at the required quality level, and at an optimized cost. You play a key role in leading production teams, improving processes, and coordinating closely with logistics, quality, engineering, and other plant functions.

Responsibilities

- Lead all production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement production plans that meet customer requirements for quality, cost, and delivery.
- Manage and optimize human, material, and equipment resources to maximize plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with established production standards and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity, quality, and operational stability.
- Collaborate with Engineering to support new product launches and ensure production readiness.
